VISSA™ is a business growth framework developed by Daniella Genas – Be the Boss®, Founder of Be the Boss International™ and forms the basis of the curriculum for the business growth programme.
The framework comprises of five core areas:
From 2015 – 2018, Daniella carried out primary and secondary research to identify the key drivers for sustainable business growth. She used her insights to create the VISSA™ framework. She spent several years testing the framework using it to provide business owners with growth strategies.
The outcomes have been far reaching proving the framework leads to successful business and personal outcomes amongst those who implement it.
